Who are we?
Mairi Makes is run by Mairi Reid, a UK based artist providing original art, commissions and art prints. To get in touch, please email mairimakes@outlook.com.
What information do we collect?Information including name, address, email address, telephone numbers will be collected in order to process your purchase. These detailed are saved securely and only shared with the necessary parties to be able to process and dispatch your order.
Our online store is run through Ecwid and payments are collected through PayPal. Please note that no credit card information is stored or used.
Ecwid is PCI DSS certified -PCI DSS stands for Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard, and Ecwid is a PCI DSS validated Level 1 Service Provider. This is the highest international standard for secure data exchanges for online stores and payment systems.

I gladly accept returns:
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Return items back within: 30 days of delivery
I do not accept exchanges or cancellations: If there is an issue with your order please contact me at mairimakes@outlook.com to discuss
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged (Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for):
- Custom or personalised orders
Returns and exchange details:
Refunds are accepted if the item is damaged along as you are able to contact me within 14 days of receiving the item. I need to receive the item within 30 days to be able to refund the cost.
Refunds can not be offered on items due to slight differences as each item is handmade and it is clarified in the item details.
Refunds on commissioned pieces cannot be made as these have been designed specifically for and approved by you.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as your item arrives.
