Shipping policy

Processing times for orders is usually 3-5 working days, however I will work to get your items out to you as soon as possible. Please note that custom paintings will on average 2-3 weeks to complete, but this depends on my queue at the time, and I will confirm with you the estimated time upon order, or you can email mairimakes@outlook.com before order if you have any deadlines to meet.

For standard shipping, we use 2nd Class Royal Mail which aims to be delivered within 3-5 business days, however, due to the pandemic we are seeing delays across all delivery options within the UK at the moment.

All original paintings and custom orders will be sent via Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked. However, this service is also seeing delays.

Any items of A3 size or larger will be rolled and posted in a mailing tube to avoid damage.
